2. Don’t chew yourself up. Only focus on the positive. Don’t chew yourself up before, during, or after the approach. Choose to be amused by your failures rather than disappointed or angry.
3. Keep the pedal to the metal. Remember that in order to make an approach, you have to keep applying sustained force right at the beginning to get yourself moving and actually in front of the girl. It’s like getting a rocket or a jet a few inches off the ground.
